REGISTRATION OPENS ON MAY 1st at 12:16 AM!

TRIATHLON

SWIM: 1/4 mile along the shore of the Raritan Bay. Swimmers will be no more than 25 yds off shore at anytime during
swim.
BIKE: Three 4 mile loops counter clockwise on a 2 lane road closed to traffic. Flat. Fast. FUN!!!

RUN: 4mile run on outside lane of bike course-counter clockwise

As usual lots of fun, food,trophies, DJ music and family entertainment by your favorite announcer Joe Patanella!
RACE: 8am,Bike course closes at 10 am

Duathlon

RUN: 2 miles on bike course to Seaview Ave and back!
BIKE: Three 4 mile loops on a 2 lane road closed to traffic. Flat. Fast. FUN!!
RUN: 4 mile run counter clockwise on outside lane of bike course!

Fees:
$125+ 12 USAT fee
For Relays: add $15 per additional racer

We sincerely apologize for this additional increase. The NYC Police Dept has dramatically increased their fee again for
service .We never want to pass the cost onto our athletes-but in light of this radical, unexpected increase, we were
faced with the choice of cancelling the race or passing on the cost. GBR does this with deep regrets to all our loyal
competitors.

Top 3 Clydesdale male over 200 lbs
1st husband wife combined tri (both must complete entire race)
1st time male and female (can win no other category)

Duathlon

3 deep in 5yr age group

Parking for the PANCAKE
The NYPD will close all parking
lots by 7:30 am on Saturday and
WILL NOT RE OPEN UNTIL 11:30!!!!
All parking lots accessible from

Midland Ave and Father
Capodanno Blvd..
NO PARKING on Father

From Brooklyn: Verrazano Narrow
bridge lower level and stay to the
far right. Exit 5o ft after toll on Lilly
Pond Ave and proceed to Father
Capodanno Blvd, Follow to start
line 3 miles
From NJ: Goethals Bridge to SI
Expressway (278) East to exit 15
Lily Pond Ave. (last exit in SI) Turn
R on Father Capodanno . Follow to
start line 3 miles
From NJ: Take OuterBridge
Crossing to West Shore Expwy
(278) East. Exit 15 Lily Pond Ave
(last exit in SI). Turn right onto
Father Capodanno. Follow to start
line 3 miles
From NJ: Take the Bayonne
Bridge to Martin Luther King
Expwy to the SI Expressway (278)
East. Exit 15 Lily Pond Ave (last
exit in SI) Turn Right onto Father
Capodanno and follow 3 miles to
start line
From Manhattan: Take the SI
Ferry.(Approx 30 min ride/

IMPORTANT!!!
There is no rain date for this or any other Green Brook Racing event. The event goes on rain
or shine. Racer accepts this risk when registering for the race and NO REFUNDS will be
given.Race director reserves the right to alter or cancel any part or whole of the race due to
inclement weather or dangerous conditions. There will be no refunds in this event!! All fees
have gone forward to produce and supply staff and service for the event.
No refunds, transfers to other individuals or substitutions into any other race allowed under
any circumstance. Registration is final and non refundable.
