| 3rd Annual Sunday May 23,2010 Sprint Distance Triathlon at Watchung Lake Watchung, New Jersey Starting Line: 15 Mountain Blvd Watchung, NJ 07069 8:00am Sharp! The Course is limited to the first 400 racers!! Swim: 1/3 mile in the shape of the letter V in Watchung Lake. There will be an in water start. Bike: 10 miles with 2 nice hill climbs starting and ending at Watchung Lake The course is NOT closed to traffic. Stay right and obey traffic laws.(Helmets required) Run: 5K with a slight up and down grade. There is one water stop on the run course which racers will pass 3 times. COURSE MAP AWARDS Top 3 overall male/female;no repeats 3 deep in 5 year age groups Top 3 Clydesdale male over 200 lbs The race will have chip timing by Compuscore.com Food, Fun and Raffles and DJ Music! The famous Patanella Push up and Sit Up contest follows the race and is open to all racers! rain or shine. Racer accepts this risk when registering for the race and NO REFUNDS will
be given. Race director reserves the right to alter or cancel any part or whole of the race

All fees have gone forward to produce and supply staff and service for the event.
No refunds, transfers to other individuals or substitutions into any other race allowed

into N.Plainfield. Approximately 1/2
mile beyond Rock Ave intersection
(Honda Dealer on right and
overpass sign saying "Watchung
Ave Next Right" Take this right and
follow the jug handle sign saying
Watchung VA Hospital to the light at
the base of the overpass. Turn left
onto Watchung Ave which blends
into Somerset St. Continue 3/4 mile
(past Town Yard Building) to traffic
circle. Proceed to 15 Mountain Blvd
. Use MapQuest.
From NJ Tpke: Take exit 10 to Rt
287 N. Follow 287 to exit marked
Dunellen, Rt 529. Take Rt 529 N
about 4 miles to Rt 22. Turn R onto
Rt 22 E and use instructions above.
From GSP: At Raritan Bridge take
exit for 287 N. 287 N to exit
Dunellen Rt 529. Follow from
above instructions
From Rt 22 W: Proceed N towards
Plainfield. Go approx. 1 1/4 mile
beyond the Terrill Rd intersection.
When you come to Raceway Station
there is a sign for Watchung VA
Hospital. Turn right onto Watchung
Ave which blends into Somerset St.
Cont 3/4 mile (past Town Yard
Building) to the traffic circle
Proceed to 15 Mountain Blvd. Use

From 78 E & W: Proceed to exit 40
"Plainfield.Watchung.Gillette" At the
end of the ramp turn towards
"Watchung The Plainfields" and go
down Hillcrest Rd to the bottom of
the hill. Turn right atthe traffic circle.
Proceed to 15 Mountain blvd.
From RT 22 E: Go thru Green Brook
into N.Plainfield. Approximately 1/2
